A Customer Service Sr. Engineer must have a qualified Diploma/ bachelors degree or equivalent technical qualifications in mechanical engineering. Experience of Gear box overhauling (Flender/Renk/Shanthi gears/Triveni/Helicon/Precision Gears/Powder built gears) is preferred. The position also requires experience in rotating equipment but also interested in Extruder Maintenance Blower, Compressor, Dryers.

Main Role & Responsibilities
Provide on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of Equipment s like extruders and PCS systems. Perform hands-on-site troubleshooting, Service, and repairs. Perform both product service and development responsibilities. Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location Provide On-site training to the customers. Work in india and if required travel all over world for Extruder overhauling jobs. We will involve to Service group based in Coperion, Stuttgart, Germany. Interface with cross functional work team such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, and marketing /sales. Develop Service technical documentation. Create and maintain service information in the company database as per visit reports protocol. Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits. Commutate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions. Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Customer Service Engineer or as per Service Department Requirement.
