Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) a service provider working exclusively for the global fund management company Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), is currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our office in Mumbai, India.
The role.
As the Finance Manager for CISC India, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing the finance setup for a portfolio of renewable energy projects.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, India, you will oversee efforts to establish best-in-class finance processes, oversee budgeting, reporting, and compliance, and work closely with both internal teams and external service providers to ensure the financial health and regulatory adherence of CISC India.
Your expertise will be crucial in aiding CIP's growth plans in the Asia Pacific region.
Responsibilities will further consist of:.
Lead and establish best-in-class finance processes to support growth in India.
Improve and standardize finance processes.
Manage budgeting, reporting, controlling, and accounting.
Oversee service agreements, cost allocation, and invoicing.
Handle external service providers for finance, accounting, and administration.
Manage cash and treasury, including forecasting and cashflow management.
Support budgeting and reforecasting with HQ/APAC teams.
Maintain adherence to tax regulations and handle tax-related concerns in collaboration with the Tax and Legal departments.
Oversee compliance reporting and statutory filings.
Handle the coordination of internal management reports for CISC and affiliated groups.
Support project controlling for Indian projects.
Assist with ERP system rollout in APAC.
Handle ad-hoc projects as needed.

You.
6-8 years of experience in audit, financial controlling, or consultancy in renewables, utilities, or infrastructure.
Bachelors degree in accounting, economics, business, or related fields; CPA preferred.
