1. Environment
- Control the operation of important Environment factor and to accord with Environment target such as chemical management & hazard waste management &environment factor monitoring.
- Keep contacting with related parties, like Environment Protection Bureau to meet the environment regulations and government requirements, track environment corrective actions.
- Hazard waste disposal process management
- Compliance with the requirements of national, state and local environmental laws, regulations and other requirements.

2. Safety
- Responsible for the company safety affairs to ensure a safe working environment.
- Promote safety culture, knowledge, awareness, and policies in Pune and lead the effort to achieve the safety target.
- Responsible for the safety committee activities, like the safety month, safety promotion, and safety audits, etc.
- Identify and review EHS related aspects, laws, regulations, and other requirements to ensure compliance.
- Keep and update the safety related documents and ensure to comply with the governmental requirements.
- Find out and evaluate the potential hazard and take way to solve it
- Safety related corrective actions tracking and verification.
- Responsible for company 6S planning and administration.

3. Health
- Support labs to perform Industry hygiene assessment & chemicals management.
- Monitor and control occupational health hazard of labs, coordinate occupational health related activities.
- Coordinator occupational hazard medical examination if needed.
