Job Description: 
At TimesJob we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ad Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling advertising space and solutions to potential and existing clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong client relationships, and a strategic mindset to identify and seize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Client Relationship Management:

• Understand client requirements and propose tailored advertising solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns promptly.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches

Market Research & Strategy:

• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Analyze market data to identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop effective ad campaigns.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in advertising sales or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with digital advertising, media planning, or ad platforms is a plus.
