Job Description

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, developers, and external agencies.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, and content marketing.
  • Analyze and optimize digital marketing performance using data and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure effective ROI and budget allocation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, attending conferences, webinars, and workshops to maintain expertise.
Digital Channel Management
  • Social Media: Develop and execute social media strategies, create and curate content, engage with followers, and monitor analytics.
  • Email Marketing: Create and send targeted email campaigns, manage email lists, and optimize email performance.
  • SEO: Develop and implement SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor search engine rankings.
  • Paid Advertising: Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns, manage ad budgets, and optimize ad performance.
  • Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies, create and publish high-quality content, and measure content performance.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Track and analyze digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Create and present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data to inform future marketing strategies and optimize digital marketing performance.
Team Management and Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring effective communication, project management, and delivery of marketing services.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field, such as Business, Communications, or Journalism.
  • Masters degree in Marketing or a related field, preferred.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize digital marketing performance.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint, preferred.
