Sales Manager

We are looking for ASM-Area Sales Managers

Location - Hyderabad/Chandigarh/Kolkata/Raipur/Bangalore

Summary of Role:

Develop new business in assigned areas by penetrating OEMs, End Users, Consultants while retaining existing customers.

Capturing green and brown field projects at an early stage and position our offerings and services as preferred supplier.

Achieve sales targets, expand market share, and increase brand visibility in the assigned region.

Education and Qualification(s) : Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering.

Experience :

- 5 to 8 years in sales/marketing within the Variable Speed Drives and Systems industry.

- Established network with VSD usage customers, integrators, and panel builders.

- Strong technical and market knowledge of industrial drives in India.

Core Competences :

Technical: Expertise in Variable Frequency Drives, sales acumen, and account management.

Behavioral: Strategic thinking, perseverance, integrity, action orientation, and team-building skills.

Leadership: Proven ability to develop strategies, manage accounts, and build trustful relationships.
