Automation Executive

The Role:

As an Automation Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless operation, ongoing maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated systems within the organization. Your technical expertise in automation technologies will be crucial in delivering high-quality support to clients, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring that systems function optimally. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine automation solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop automations on Monday.com or Make.com using various APIs.
• Maintain and optimize existing automations.
• Test automations to ensure functionality and fix any issues.
• Create and customize Monday boards and dashboards.

Expected working hours and days:

• WFH, 7-8 hours a day
• 6 days a week - Sunday to Friday
• Saturdays off.

Qualification, Skill and Experience Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Must have a strong understanding of APIs, arrays and data structures.
• Familiarity with Monday.com and Make.com will be a plus.
• Not required but nice to have experience with programming languages like JavaScript, Node.js, Next.js or Python
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
