We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Full Stake Developer to join our cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and optimizing websites, landing pages, microsites, and web pages. You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring a seamless and user- friendly experience for our audience.

Your major responsibilities:

- Collaborate with design and content team to create visually appealing, mobile-responsive websites.

- Customize and optimize existing web pages for performance and functionality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in HTML and PHP websites.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve web development capabilities.

Skills and competencies required:

- Technical Proficiency: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP CodeIgniter, and World Press theme development.

- Responsive Design: Strong understanding of mobile-first responsive design principles.

- Optimization: Experience with websites optimization and performance tuning.

- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices and their technical implementation.

- Version Contol: Hands-on experience with Git or similar systems.

- Problem- Solving : Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.

- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and team collaboration abilities.

- Ownership: A creative thinker with a strong sense of accountability for project success.
