1. Fundraising Leadership:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to secure funding from CSR initiatives, trusts, individual donors, and government grants, ensuring long-term financial sustainability.

1. Strategic Partnerships:

Build and maintain alliances with academic institutions, corporates, government agencies, and innovation-focused organizations to strengthen Rein Labs' impact and reach.

1. Ecosystem Promotion:

Represent Rein Labs in incubator networks, build visibility in the innovation ecosystem, and create grassroots-level networks through local representatives across India.

1. Operational and Strategic Planning:

Design and execute actionable operational and strategic plans, incorporating market insights to align initiatives with emerging needs and opportunities.

1. Marketing and Outreach:

Oversee all online and offline marketing initiatives, driving campaigns that amplify the organizations presence and foster engagement with stakeholders.

1. Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

1. Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development.

1. Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong decision-making ability and experience in leading high-level initiatives.

Proficiency in strategic planning, marketing, and campaign execution.
