Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with DevOps expertise with over 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and frameworks while also possessing hands-on experience in DevOps practices. This dual-role position bridges the gap between AI/ML development and scalable deployment, ensuring high performance, reliability, and smooth delivery pipelines.

Responsibilities:

1. AI/ML Development:

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve ML models.
• Implement end-to-end ML pipelines from data collection to deployment and monitoring.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML tools, technologies, and methodologies.

2. DevOps Integration:

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment and updates.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning for model training, testing, and deployment.
• Implement monitoring solutions for AI/ML applications to ensure performance and accuracy.
• Ensure scalable deployment of ML models on cloud platforms or on-premises systems.

3. Collaboration:

• Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and operations teams to align AI/ML projects with organizational goals.
• Facilitate seamless integration of ML solutions into existing systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on AI/ML best practices and DevOps methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• Over 5 years of experience in AI/ML
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and statistical models
• Experience with developing and optimizing deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Experience with large data sets and data analysis using statistical models
• Experience with Java and Python programming languages
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
