AI / ML Engineer

Position Summary:

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on the latest AI/ML techniques and methodologies.
• Lead a team which would develop and implement AI/ML models for various projects.
• Analyse and interpret complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI/ML use cases.
• Lead a team which help build, train, optimize and fine-tune existing AI models to improve their performance.
• Lead a team which ensure the scalability and reliability of AI/ML solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and tools.
• Should be able to own the AI/ML product end to end

Experience And Required Skill Sets

• Strong background in machine learning algorithms and statistics
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team.
• Proficient in Python
• Strong team management skills, should have led AI/ML or software teams in the past
• Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Should have exposure to software engineering frameworks and end to end product development
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is preferred but not required.

Education

• Bachelors degree or masters in computer science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field from TIER-1 Institute.
