Job Description
- Write killer product descriptions with visually attractive images and videos.
- Research other marketplaces and implement new ideas in product listings.
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
- Submit work to leads for input and approval
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sourcing teams to gather product ideas.
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Promote content on social media platforms
- Analyze customer reviews and study the customer pain points and come up with a better idea to overcome them.
- Identify customers needs and gaps and promote our products/services to them
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
- Update website content as needed
- Engage with freelancers based in the USA and instruct the video/photo requirements
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role
- Experience doing research using multiple sources and marketplaces
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, and JungleScout would be a great addition.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in American English
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Certified Content Marketing experience from HubSpot and other platforms would be an excellent addition.
- Experience in coordinating with Graphic Designers
- Portfolio of past creative works such as video ad copies, storefront designs, and other area
