This profile reports to Sr. Program Manager (L5) and requires minimum 10 to 14 years of experience in Learning and Development especially in below mentioned domains but not restricted to,
Developing the training content as per the Storybook creation is taken over in the first step by the CoEs
Hands-on experience in the authoring tool Articulate 3 or 360 Suite (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise) and Adobe Premiere Pro 2021
Content creation for Sales and technical trainings
Collaboration with after-sales IT and understanding of relevant IT systems
Project Management and Recruitments
Fundamentals of technical understanding of car technic (MB technic), service and parts
German language, Automotive product knowledge will be an added advantage
Working experience at dealerships/workshops will be an added advantage
Job Responsibilities:
Technical consulting for requirements gathering, defining the scope of work, establishing the working model for German Business Partners
Strategic planning, handling teams & projects from concept to delivery, Manage/Plan onsite/offshore activities
Customer interactions, delivery management (on time, within budget, with highest quality)
Project management (tools, reports, techniques, methodologies & practices)
Handling customer issues and understanding the criticality and impact of the same.
Making project plans, tracking, presentation, and reporting (MS Office tools)
Advanced knowledge in production of digital learning content (e.g. eLearning)
Advanced knowledge in creation of graphics and animations
Education & Training:
BE/B.Des/MS with Technical concept/content development experience
