Assistant Manager-Inside Sales


We are seeking a motivated and analytical Assistant Manager for our Inside Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all inbound sales leads and RFQs, taking ownership of the sales process from RFQ handling to order closing. This role requires a foundational understanding of sales closure, proposal development, lead generation, and digital marketing.


As a key member of our team, you will drive sales and business development activities for Consysts innovative Digitalization and Control System Integration Solutions, catering to industries and infrastructure businesses.


Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete sales process, from opportunity creation to proposal submission and order acknowledgement.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify their challenges, understand their needs, and communicate these to our technical/solutions team for tailored solutions.
  • Prepare detailed proposals in conjunction with the internal team.
  • Maintain proactive customer follow-ups, addressing inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively to advance the sales process.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between Consyst and clients, both domestic and international.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and ensuring solutions meet their expectations and evolving needs.
  • Coordinate lead generation activities in both local and international markets to facilitate client meetings with the Consyst Sales/Business Development team.
  • Assist in executing digital marketing strategies and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Facilitate coordination between the sales and marketing teams.

The Candidates Education

A Bachelor’s/ master’s degree from a reputed Institute- EEE, ECE, EIE, I&C.


Professional Qualifications and Personal Attributes

  • Min 3-4 Years’ Experience in Inside Sales/ Business Development/ Marketing.
  • Excellent presentation skills – able to articulate business themes concisely and clearly
  • Your strong desire to excel in the sales domain will drive your success in this role.
  • Excellent presentation skills are essential for effectively communicating our solutions’ value.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is necessary to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
