Manager - Consumer Insights

• Analyse internal and external data such as primary sales data, retail data, Consumer data, market trends to draw insights,
• Data Segmentation, pricing analysis, trend analysis, data mining for insights
• Synthesize information into actionable insights, reports and presentations, Dash boards.
• Conceptualize an analysis framework for business problems, to ensure best customer and consumer experience
• Use online platforms such as Google survey to Conduct internal and external survey among stakeholders, Consumers, develop simple questionnaires, analyse, and report.
• Based on business issues identified, conceptualize a plan of action that research/ Analytics can solve
• Do regular presentations to Senior leadership on market trends, Category & brand performance, new product opportunities
• Report market, stakeholder (Retailer and Shopper) insights regularly
• Be a support to all internal stakeholders in resolving Business and brand issues.
• Be a voice of consumer, shopper, and retailer
• Through regular discussion with stakeholders, understand the need for insights, formulate brief, conceptualize the research design, execute it through external research agencies/ self, depending on the need
• Build good rapport with external agencies and get best value for OEL in terms of quality and cost.

Additional requirement for the role :

Stake holder management and insights - Retail, Institutions, Shopper, and end consumers

• Experience in stake holder management - retailers/B to B experience
• o Identifying gaps, opportunities areas, come up with insights for customizing product/service offering to stake holders - retailers, Institutions, end consumers
• Experience in working at field level to capture Shopper behavior, Product and Brand Visibility
• Understanding of GTM strategies, market expansion, distribution strategies for identifying right insights
• Willingness to travel for data collection
