Associate - Project Finance - Public-Private Partnerships (5-7 yrs)

Job Description:

- Assisting clients in the development and fundraising for large-scale capital-intensive projects. Playing a key role on advising on the feasibility, structuring, funding and closing of financing for projects, including infrastructure projects. This will span from support in origination, through client onboarding and project management, execution on client deliverables up to financial close on deals.

- Priority focus areas include Utilities, Logistics, Real Estate, Social Infrastructure, Sports & Events.

Profile:

- Individuals with demonstrated knowledge and deal record of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), concessions and transaction structures.

- Project Financing knowledge with an understanding of project finance modelling, financing markets and procurement advisory will be a plus.

Qualifications:

- CFA and/or professional accounting charter (CA / CPA / ACCA / ICAEW) is preferred; an engineering qualification would be an advantage

- Directly relevant work experience on large scare infra projects of 5 years

- Experience in a top-tier advisory firm, infrastructure service provider, developer, bank, relevant government agency or other relevant sector experience will count

- Experience in structuring and financing transactions and/or procurements and the commercial aspects of relevant project documents

- Quantitative/analytical capabilities and financial modelling experience is preferred

- Fluency in Arabic is a plus; experience in KSA is a plus
