Head - Credit Underwriting/Analytics - Personal Loans (12-15 yrs)

Looking for Credit Underwriter - Personal Loans (Underwrite Personal loans & Digital Lending PL applications) with Fintech company based out of Delhi

Responsibilities:

- As the Head of Credit Analytics, He / She will be responsible for defining and owning the end-to-end strategy for our credit analytics business.

- Collection calling on non-starter cases and Hind Sighting of disbursed cases to ETB customers.

- Preparation of Hunter Analysis Report on monthly basis for the cases matched.

- Preparation of Rejection Analysis on monthly basis for the cases Rejected by underwriters and analyzing the major rejection reasons for the month.

- Handling of customer escalations and complaints during and post disbursements.

- Analyzing credit applications and financial statements.

- Collaborating with financial analysts and loan officers.

- Utilizing credit-scoring systems for risk assessment.

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of lending regulations.

- Documenting and reporting on lending decisions.

- Assess the borrower's ability to generate income sufficient to repay existing and proposed debt.

- Assist with drafting loan presentations for new and additional credit proposals, including loan terms and conditions, business background, assessing risk and mitigating factors, determining risk rating justification.

- Monitor credit decisioning of the proposal.

- Review delinquent cases and document learning reviews for risk management.

Requirements and Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance, economics, or related field.

- Experience in credit analysis or underwriting.

- Proficiency in financial software and risk assessment tools.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
