Job Summary

We re looking for a technically skilled and client-facing Associate Director/Sr. Manager/Manager DevOps and Cloud to lead our team in delivering exceptional cloud and DevOps solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing highly complex team structures for Client/Internal.

Key Requirements & Skills:

5 to 10 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Computing, and IT service Management.

Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering client-facing projects.

Strong technical background in cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes), Database, Security, DevSecops Tool, scripting languages (Python, Bash).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.

Relevant certifications in cloud computing, DevOps, or IT service management (e.g., Azure Certified Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or ITIL Foundation).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead DevOps and cloud practice to deliver high-quality solutions to client.

Collaborate with client teams to understand their business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Design and implement cloud architectures, migration strategies, DevOps strategies, application infrastructure management, 3rd party service management.
