Civil Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and contractors.
• Be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of teams.
• The ability to work execution of engineering and design works within budget and schedule.
• Be more vigilant towards construction quality as well as safety standards.
• Ensure no deviations in compliance, legal permits and other required procedures related to quality and safety.
• Ensure proper work planning and supervision of the construction works which are being carried out under a work contract.
• Plan, monitor and supervise the work of business partners. Execute the constructions work as per the requirement and ensure timely completion of the project. Ensure preparation and implementation of raw materials quality and workmanship during the construction of the project.
• Prepare technical reports, progress review related slides, bill of quantities, evaluate technical bids & review vendor/third party documents.
• Arrange technical progress review meetings timely with business partners.
• Co-ordination and timely follow up with other disciplines to resolve engineering, PO or amendment and hold decisions related issues proactively before execution.
• Initiate scope change note or any deviation within time and follow up for approval by the respective department.
• Maintain all joint records, latest construction drawings records and other billing related records.
• Ensure correct certification of bills and quantities within the agreed timeline.
• Maintain construction site always safe and standard housekeeping.
• To ensure a smooth project closure activities.
• Proper reconcile all free issue materials with business partners.

Preferred candidate profile

Warehouse Construction - Food Processing Units - PEB Structures or Any Type of Warehouse Sheds are Preferred
