Post : Consultant ICU/Intensivist

Qualification : MD/ DNB- Anesthesia or DM critical Care

Experience: 0-6Yrs in ICU

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage life-threatening conditions in the ICU.
• Perform invasive procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and thoracentesis.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Provide support and guidance to ICU nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in family meetings to discuss patient status and care plans.
• Conduct and contribute to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate and train medical students, residents, and fellows in critical care practices.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize advanced medical technologies and equipment effectively.
• Manage end-of-life care and ethical decision-making processes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide emergency care as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in critical care medicine.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients.
  Perform procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and mechanical ventilation management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
  Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals including nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other physicians.
• 
  Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to team decisions.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior medical staff and residents.
  Education and Research:
• Engage in continuous learning and stay updated with advancements in critical care medicine.
  Participate in research projects and contribute to scientific literature.
  Educate and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows.
  Quality Improvement:
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
  Adhere to and promote ICU protocols and guidelines.
