ORM Consultant

Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor and manage the brand's online presence, ensuring a positive reputation across digital platforms.
2. Respond to reviews, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
3. Social Listening: Utilize social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity.
4. Provide actionable insights to enhance brand strategies and identify potential opportunities or threats.
5. Identify, assess, and address potential PR crises in real-time. Develop and execute crisis communication plans to mitigate risks and protect the brands reputation. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to manage crisis situations effectively.
6. Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports on ORM and social listening activities. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in brand communication strategies.
7. Content Writer: Should be able to create and conceptualize content basis requirements from a social media and command center perspective

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in ORM, social listening, and crisis management.
- Has been a part of a command center for at least 1 year
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with social listening tools and ORM platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crises with tact.
