Hi We are Hiring Senior M365 Consultants / SME for Noida Location

JD-

Job Summary:

• Must have experience on configuring Microsoft 365 workloads such as but not limited to Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business etc.
• Strong experience on planning and designing Microsoft 365 strategies ensuring data security and minimal downtime
• Must have experience on performing OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Migrations.
• Experience on performing the Readiness Assessments to identify potential risks and issues, Building the Communication, Configuration and Training Plans and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Manage and execute migration projects, including Exchange Hybrid, tenant to tenant, transitions from non-MS sources to O365.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates, best practices, and security protocols.
• Experience with Copilot for M365 initiatives
• Provide senior-level L3 escalation support for Microsoft 365-related issues
• Possess advance level Troubleshooting skills to resolve issues occur during implementation and Migrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Microsoft 365 solutions with business needs
• Should be experience in providing IT Staff and end user training on Microsoft 365 workloads
• Should Experience in implementing Security and Compliance around Microsoft 365 workloads like but not limited to DLP, Information Protection, Retention, Data Lifecycle Management, Data Governance etc.
• Must have Experience in configuring Microsoft Entra workloads
• Must have Experience using migration tools like SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) and ShareGate and Bit Titan (Migration Wiz)
• Must have Experience on managing Active Directory services such as ADDS, Windows Server, AAD Connect and other solutions.
• Work with project managers, clients, and technical teams to define project requirements and timelines
• Must have Experience on conducting the Art of possible Demos and creation of Documentation like BRD, Assessment and Planning.
• Must have experience in designing the SharePoint workflows
• Strong knowledge and experience in the below areas:
• M365 Tenant Configurations
• Data Loss Prevention
• Identity Management
• Third party Migration tools such as Sharegate, SPMT etc.
• Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance (Purview)
• SharePoint Workflow
• Copilot for M365

Required Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Certification in Microsoft 365, Messaging, or collaboration
• 4-5 years of IT experience
• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 Implementation and migrations
• Strong experience in Microsoft 365 workloads and feature implementation and Security/Compliance regulatory
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools like PowerShell
• Must have skills to troubleshoot complex issues related to Environment, Simulate Scenarios to reproduce the error/ problem.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
