Legal consultant
Job Description:
- Being part of the corporate legal team.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating MSAs, Vendor Agreements, NDAs and other agreements with vendors, service providers and third parties.
- Ability to independently draft and negotiate contracts.
- Analyzing new laws and regulations which are relevant for company's business activities.
- PQE of 3-5 years in the relevant domain/contract drafting.
- Experience in in e-commerce or fintech space will be an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with external parties (external counsel, portfolio companies, founders) as necessary.
- Sound judgement and ability to analyze legal precedents and documents.
- Good communication and drafting skills.
- Ability to work with integrity and responsibility and assume ownership over assigned tasks.
