Procurement Admin (Contractual)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Procurement Admin to join CAF India Pvt Ltd. for a contractual position of 2 years. As a Procurement Admin, you will be responsible for migrating supplier data to the new ARIBA SLP supplier platform and ensuring smooth communication with suppliers throughout the process. This role will involve organizing and managing suppliers from different subsidiaries, with a focus on approvals and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Migrate supplier database of various subsidiaries to the ARIBA SLP supplier platform.
• Establish continuous communication with suppliers to monitor the approval process.
• Effectively plan and organize to manage multiple suppliers across different subsidiaries.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Fresh graduates (non-technical background) who have passed in 2024 or are set to graduate in 2025.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication skills are a must.
• Industry: This is a fresher role, so no prior work experience is required.
• Location: Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR.
