Manager Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager Sales to drive business growth in the tea, agriculture, and gardening machinery. This role is ideal for a high-energy professional with a strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share in the tea plantations, gardening, and agriculture sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Travel to engage with customers, close deals, and strengthen market presence.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the tea industry, agricultural machinery, or related sectors.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
