Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Designer and Brand Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong industrial design background, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the marketing skills to build the Boardroom brand. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a premium product range and work closely with factories, suppliers, and marketing teams to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Product Design & Development:
• • Ideate, conceptualize, and design new products to expand the Boardroom range.
• • Work on premium and exclusive designs with a focus on quality, functionality, and market appeal.
• 2. Brand Building:
• • Collaborate with the marketing team to position and promote the Boardroom range as a leading premium product line.
• • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
• 3. Sourcing & Vendor Coordination:
• • Liaise with factories and suppliers for product sourcing and manufacturing.
• • Ensure product quality, adherence to timelines, and cost optimization.
• 4. Market Research:
• • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis.
• • Identify gaps in the market and propose innovative product ideas.

Qualifications and Skills:

• • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Industrial Design or a related field.
• • Experience: 3-4 years in product design, brand management, or related roles.
• • Design Skills:
• • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, Rhino, or equivalent.
• • A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
• • Marketing Acumen: Understanding of branding, positioning, and promotion.
• • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• • Location: Must be based in the Delhi NCR region, preferably Noida.
