As a Business Development Representative at Consortium Gifts, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth through B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of institutional selling dynamics, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


What You'll Do:


As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by building strong relationships and identifying opportunities in the corporate gifting space.

You will be responsible for:

🔍 Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

🤝 Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand clients unique gifting needs and tailor solutions to meet them.
  • Provide exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.

💼 Solution Presentation:

  • Present our range of corporate gifting solutions effectively.
  • Customize proposals based on client needs and preferences.

💰 Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
  • Close sales deals and manage the complete sales cycle.

🤝 Collaboration:

  • Work with marketing and operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Share best practices with team members to drive success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of corporate gifting trends and client needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Own vehicle (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler).
