Job Description
- Assist in the development and execution of green building strategies.
- Perform passive analysis including CFD, daylight, and ventilation studies.
- Support the design team with relevant sustainability insights throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate on projects to ensure compliance with green building rating systems.
- Knowledge in Green Building Rating system Strategy, Passive analysis (CFD, Daylight Ventilation)
- IGBC AP/ LEED AP certification added as advantage
- MS Office, Auto Cad, Design builder, Ecotect other applicable analysis software
- Strong interpersonal skill.
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environment.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making.
- Quick learner
