Job Title : DevOps Engineer - Immediate Joiners-Hands-On

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic DevOps Engineer to join our team immediately. This role involves building, maintaining, and monitoring high-performance systems that support our Managed Services delivery. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of Cloud Services, Automation, IT operations, and client satisfaction to help drive our team's success in providing top-notch IT solutions and support. The role also expects the engineer to be innovative and a change agent, driving improvements and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Linux Expertise : Deep understanding of at least one modern Linux distribution and its package management system.

- CI/CD Proficiency : Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub pipeline management.

- Automation Tools : Strong expertise in Ansible, metadata handling, and version control systems.

- Containerization : Proven experience in dockerizing applications at scale.

- Scripting & Development : Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or Golang. Ability to write scripts and automate processes efficiently.

- Cloud Exposure : Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Vultr, including incident management.

- On-Premises Applications : Solid understanding of deploying and managing on-premise applications.

- Production-Grade Deployments : Strong understanding of deploying and managing production-grade applications and process management.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the Engineering team and customers to devise and implement effective solutions.

- Problem Solving : Identify and resolve bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks to deliver high-quality products.

- Process Development : Assist in creating, changing maintaining processes while completing development and support tasks.

- Mentorship : Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team's overall success.

- Ownership : Demonstrate commitment and ownership in completing tasks without supervision.

- Quick POCs : Conduct quick Proof of Concepts (POCs) to meet business requirements.

- Customer Focus : Passion for solving customer pain points and delivering impactful solutions.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Education : BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MCA with a minimum of 70% aggregate.

- Experience : 4-8 years of relevant DevOps experience.

- Communication Skills : Strong written and spoken English proficiency.

- Technical Agility : Ability to adapt to new technologies and environments quickly.

Interview Process :

- Application Screening : Your application will be reviewed within 30 days.

- Technical Rounds : One or two rounds of technical interviews, each approximately 1 hour, focusing on problem-solving, technical skills, and DevOps proficiency.

- Managerial Round : A discussion with the manager to assess alignment with team goals and company culture.

- HR Round : A final interview to discuss compensation, expectations, and other HR aspects.

- Final Round : Face-to-face interview at our Bangalore office (subject to earlier round feedback).
