Role Overview:
We are looking for an exceptional leader to join us as the Global Head of Sales, based in India. In this critical role, you'll spearhead our global expansion efforts, with a particular focus on the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions. Your mission will be to build, manage, and lead our global sales strategy, driving revenue growth and establishing a strong presence across multiple markets. You will particularly help strengthen our market presence within India to establish company as a preferred solution among Indian enterprises. This role will report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth across key international markets, with an added focus on building a strong client base within India.
2. Achieve revenue targets by expanding companies footprint, securing new business, and managing enterprise client relationships.
3. Mentor a team of sales professionals to create a strong, cohesive sales function that meets global standards.
4. Cultivate relationships with Indian enterprises to solidify companies position in the local market.
5. Partner with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and enhance our customer experience.
6. Craft and implement flexible pricing models tailored to different markets, enterprise needs, and customer budgets.
7. Stay ahead of market trends, competition, and opportunities for growth, ensuring company is positioned as the go-to AI marketing platform worldwide.
8. Implement KPIs, reporting structures, and CRM optimization to streamline sales processes and ensure a data-driven approach.
