Oracle EBS Technical Consultant

Job Description Overview: The Oracle EBS Technical Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle Forms, Reports, and customizations in Oracle EBS. The consultant will work closely with functional teams to ensure that business requirements are met through the technical design and implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Oracle Forms and Reports, aligning them with business needs.
• Develop and maintain XML BI Publisher reports for Oracle EBS.
• Create and enhance Form Personalization for better user experience.
• Implement and optimize Workflows to automate business processes.
• Lead development efforts for XML Publisher reports to meet client requirements.
• Develop and implement Oracle Alerts for critical notifications.
• Work on interfaces between Oracle EBS and external systems.
• Develop and troubleshoot OAF pages to extend EBS functionality.
• Integrate Oracle EBS with other systems using SOA Integrated Repository.
• Work with SOAP and REST web services for Oracle EBS integrations.
• Manage data conversion from legacy systems to Oracle EBS.
• Provide technical support for production issues and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct unit and system testing for custom developments.

Required Skills:

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS technical design & development.
• Extensive technical and functional experience with Oracle R12 EBS Financials and WMS (preferred).
• Proficiency in RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions), SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Workflows (mandatory), XML Publisher reports, and OAF.
• Ability to understand and configure basic functional setups in Finance and WMS modules of Oracle EBS.
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning, Web ADI, interfaces, and data conversions.
• Experience working with Workflow, Integrated SOA Gateway, and Java forms.
• Strong skills in debugging and testing workflows, reports, and data analysis.

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
