Shift- Female 24 x 7(any 4.5 hours rotational shift)

Male- 24 x 7(any 4.5 hours rotational shift)

Candidate Requirement

Skill set- Excellent command in English & Hindi (V4)

Qualification - Minimum HS pass fresher/ Experience both can apply who are above age of 18 years .

Prime criteria - Should live within 25km to Technopolis building Kolkata Sector 5, as per Aadhaar card or their rent agreement paper.

Interview round- HR round/ Prospect AI test round / Operations round/ Client validation round

Role & responsibilities

Handling customer Query and Complaint via Chat and Voice both mode.
