Senior NetSuite Developer - Support & Configuration (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Provides support to the IT team, with a high attention to detail

- Researches, analyzes, and documents findings

- May coach, review, and/or delegate work to other team members

- Develops, tests, and deploys customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs

- Develops custom code to meet user requirements

- Maintains users, roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules

- Develops and implements policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity

- Refines and customizes internal billing tools and methods

- Work with multiple teams on roadmap projects involving financial applications and processes

- Researches and analyzes application behaviors and improves performance and stability

- Coordinates and communicates with impacted user groups

- Configures NetSuite to align to company use of forms, fields, and customer records to manage unique business process requirements.

- Ensures business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite and other IT financial enterprise applications

- Designs changes to existing systems and integrates new systems into infrastructure if needed

- Assists in implementing process improvements with systematic solutions

- Understands, articulates, and documents needed customization, reports, and capabilities

- Takes a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex issues.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience

- 5+ years of relevant experience

- Experience with NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing

- Preferred : NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer certificate
