Senior Product Reliability Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Product Reliability Engineer with a strong technical background to drive reliability, scalability, and performance improvements across our technology stack. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in .NET development, cloud technologies, and best practices for system reliability, debugging, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable applications using .NET technologies.
• Implement, monitor, and improve system performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in production environments.
• Manage and resolve incidents by identifying root causes and implementing long-term fixes.
• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Utilize best practices in software security and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and operations, to enhance product reliability.
• Implement continuous integration and test-driven development methodologies.
• Improve and maintain transactional databases, caching systems, and distributed architectures.
• Work with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Design, build, and maintain robust APIs and integration frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience with the following technologies:
• .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET WebForms, MVC, WebAPI), Visual Studio
• T-SQL, ADO.NET, SQL Server
• JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS
• Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms
• Azure DevOps for CI/CD and deployment automation
• Transactional databases and caching systems
• Microservices and event-driven architecture
• Experience in unit testing, debugging, and incident management.
• Strong understanding of software security best practices.
• Experience with performance tuning in production environments.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Skilled communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to monitoring tools like Application Insights, Splunk, or similar.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security compliance frameworks.
