Job Summary :

As a Generative AI Platform Support Engineer, you will ensure the efficient operation of AI platform tasks by providing technical support and enhancing infrastructure.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will troubleshoot issues, optimize deployments, monitor performance logs, and implement solutions for seamless platform functionality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assess and enhance the AI platform's data pipeline resilience to ensure fault tolerance and scalability.

- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in model inference and training pipelines.

- Optimize AI/ML model performance for real-time use cases.

- Collaborate with the DevOps team to improve deployment processes.

- Implement automated testing for fault-tolerance scenarios.

- Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting platform issues, and addressing queries.

- Monitor platform performance and implement strategies to optimize it.

- Document processes, issues, and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.

- Stay updated on trends and advancements in Generative AI technologies.

Qualifications :

Required :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in platform support and maintenance.

- Hands-on experience with database management (SQL and NoSQL).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Experience in provisioning cloud services using Terraform scripts.

- Knowledge of Kubernetes on OpenShift and troubleshooting services deployed on Kubernetes.

- Proficiency in DevOps tools, build/release pipelines, and understanding of infrastructure needs.

- Proficient in scripting languages such as Shell and Python.

- Expertise in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
