Job Description
Focus on Salesforce data and Einstein Analytics to create engaging and informative data visualizations and reports. Responsibilities:
- Build interactive and insightful Tableau dashboards .
- Collaborate with data analysts, Salesforce administrators, and users to understand reporting requirements.
- Utilize Einstein Analytics for predictive analytics and enhanced data storytelling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues in Tableau reports .
- Learn best practices for data visualization and design dashboards and reporting.
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce data pipelines, ETL processes, and Einstein Analytics solutions.
- Utilize Einstein Analytics for advanced data visualization, predictive analytics, and business intelligence.
- Optimize Salesforce data performance, scalability, and Einstein Analytics dashboards.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business users to understand Salesforce data and analytics requirements.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce data and Einstein Analytics issues.
Qualifications:
- bachelors or masters degree in computer science, data engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience with Salesforce data architecture, ETL tools, Einstein Analytics, and data modeling.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, and data relationships.
- Excellent SQL and programming skills (eg, Apex, Python).
- Leadership and mentoring skills.
