RBM Designer - Telecom Billing Systems (8-15 yrs)

Role Overview :

As an RBM Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and integration of RBM solutions within the telecom domain. You will leverage your deep understanding of IRB/RBM platforms and telecom billing systems to create innovative and efficient solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of telecom business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect RBM solutions using IRB/RBM platforms, ensuring scalability and performance.

- Create detailed technical designs and specifications for RBM implementations.

- Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and documentation.

- Design and implement integrations between RBM platforms and telecom billing systems (Amdocs, Kenan, Oracle BRM, Netcracker).

- Develop and maintain APIs and interfaces for seamless data exchange.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.

- Conduct system analysis and design to ensure solutions meet business needs.

- Provide hands-on development using Eclipse tools for IRB/RBM configurations.

- Enhance and maintain existing RBM applications to improve functionality and performance.

- Utilize deep understanding of telecom domain, particularly billing processes, to develop effective solutions.

- Apply functional and conceptual knowledge of IRB/RBM to design optimal solutions.

- Demonstrate end to end telecom functional knowledge.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers.

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in RBM design and development.

- Strong hands-on experience with IRB/RBM platforms.

- Proficiency in using Eclipse development tools.

- Extensive experience in integrating RBM with telecom billing systems (Amdocs, Kenan, Oracle BRM, Netcracker).

- Strong knowledge of telecom domain, specifically telecom billing processes.

- Experience in requirements gathering, system analysis, and design.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with API development and integration.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech), Master's degree in Engineering (ME/M.Tech)
