We're Hiring for Top Consulting Organization as an SAP IS-Retail Functional Consultant.

Exp: 5-18 yrs.

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/ Pune/Gurgaon/Hyderabad.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Skills: Solid functional experience with SAP IS-Retail module.

Implementation Experience: At least 1 E2E implementation project.

Consulting experience required.

Retail domain.

Key Skills:

- Solid functional experience with SAP IS-Retail module.

- Experience with at least 1 end-to-end (E2E) implementation project.

- Strong consulting experience in SAP IS-Retail.

- Expertise in the retail domain with a deep understanding of retail business processes.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert consultation on SAP IS-Retail functionality, implementation, and optimization.

- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP IS-Retail implementations to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement effective SAP-based retail solutions.

- Translate business needs into system requirements and configurations to streamline processes within the retail industry.

- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and offer functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop and document functional specifications, business processes, and test cases.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support to ensure optimal performance.

- Partner with technical teams to deliver integrated solutions across SAP modules.

- Support business process improvement initiatives for clients in the retail sector.

- Provide training, guidance, and knowledge transfer to end users and team members.

Requirements:

- 5 to 18 years of experience in SAP IS-Retail consulting and implementation.

- Proven E2E implementation experience in SAP IS-Retail.

- Strong knowledge of retail industry processes (e.g., merchandising, store operations, pricing, promotions, inventory management).

- Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and deliver innovative SAP solutions.

- Effective communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

- Certification in SAP IS-Retail.

- Experience in handling multiple retail implementation projects.

- Exposure to integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI/CO).
