Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced male Optical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in lens fabrication, prescription processing, frame adjustment, and equipment maintenance, along with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lens Fabrication: Measure, cut, and shape lenses with precision using specialized tools.
2. Prescription Processing: Accurately interpret and process optical prescriptions.
3. Frame Adjustment & Fitting: Customize and fit frames to ensure customer satisfaction and comfort.
4. Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to industry standards.
5. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate optical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
6. Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to customers, addressing their concerns effectively.
7. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to prescriptions, lenses, and frame fitting.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Completion of an Optical Technician program preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Optical Technician.
• Proficient in lens fabrication, prescription processing, and frame adjustment.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Excellent technical skills and customer service abilities.
