Roles and Responsibilities

• Providing financial insights and projections to the Asset manager You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making.
• You will assist in the drafting of credit memo, Loan Template, Property Template, credit report and performing analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.
• Evaluating third-party management company effectiveness; assessing whether managers oversight of financial performance and quality of resident care meet expectations
• Handling day to day queries of clients and operations, communicate with clients using email and/phone.
• Work with a result-oriented approach.
• Training of new team members as and when required.

Required Candidate profile

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office package.
• Should be good in English language to communicate with Clients.
