Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our innovative and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, delivering, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using Java/JavaEE technologies and frameworks. This role requires excellent technical skills, a deep understanding of software development processes, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain multi-tier applications using Java/J2EE technologies and related frameworks.
• Participate in requirement analysis, architectural discussions, and create high-level and detailed designs.
• Develop and test software systems or applications for enhancements and new products.
• Implement RESTful Web Services and SOAP Web Services for seamless integration.
• Write, debug, and optimize high-quality code using current programming languages and technologies.
• Apply secure coding practices and industry standards (e.g., PCI, OWASP).
• Build and integrate front-end user interfaces using ReactJS or Angular frameworks.
• Utilize tools like JIRA for defect management and SVN/GIT for code repositories.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability in developed modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the delivery of multiple modules.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 developers to achieve project objectives.

Required Skills:

Core Technical Expertise:

• Core Java (Java 7, 8/11), J2EE
• RESTful Web Services, SOAP Web Services
• Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture
• Struts/Spring Framework, Hibernate/ORM
• Servlets, JSP
• SQL & PLSQL with strong database design skills
• Design Patterns and Design Principles

Tools & Frameworks:

• Defect Management Tools: JIRA
• Code Repositories: SVN, GIT
• Application Servers: WebSphere or equivalent
• Web Servers: Tomcat or equivalent

UI Frameworks:

• ReactJS or Angular

Security Standards:

• Knowledge of PCI Standards and OWASP Guidelines

Additional Skills:

• Strong Object-Oriented Design and Analysis Skills
• Experience in implementing high-availability and high-performance modules
• Hands-on experience with JMS or EJB
• Proficiency in leading small teams and guiding them through project lifecycles

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, Angular, or ReactJS frameworks.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
