Supervisor -Team lead -International Voice process

Job Description:

• Experience: Min. 6-10 years in Call Center/BPO, with at least 2-3 years as a Lead

Operations role.

• Team Leadership: Managed teams of 30+ headcount.
• BPO Expertise: Experience with voice and non-voice processes is a must.
• Performance Management: Ensure seamless service delivery and meet SLAs.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Reporting: Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with

teams and clients.

• Client Interaction: Participate in client calls, quality calibrations, and process updates.
• Strategic Input: Provide insights on FTE planning, process improvements, and engagement.
• Flexibility: Work in US time zones and adapt to additional hours as needed.
