Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with a proven track record in designing, implementing, delivering, and maintaining applications using Java/JavaEE technologies and compatible frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of developers while delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, deliver, and maintain multi-tier applications using Java/J2EE technologies and related frameworks.
• Participate in requirement analysis, architectural discussions, and create high-level and detailed designs.
• Develop and test software systems or applications for enhancements and new products.
• Write, debug, and optimize code using current programming languages and technologies.
• Implement RESTful web services and SOAP web services.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices/standards and implement modules for high availability and performance.
• Work with UI frameworks like ReactJS or Angular to integrate user interfaces.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance SQL/PLSQL database designs and schemas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the delivery of multiple modules.
• Utilize Defect Management tools (e.g., JIRA) and Code Repositories (e.g., SVN, GIT).
• Ensure the implementation of industry standards such as PCI and OWASP.
• Lead a team of 5-10 developers and provide technical guidance.
