Siebel Technical Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Siebel Technical Lead to take ownership of end-to-end technical responsibilities, drive governance, and lead a team in delivering high-quality solutions. As a key contributor, you will provide technical direction, oversee integrations, manage workflows, and support business requirements to deliver seamless implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
  
• Lead the technical direction, governance, and implementation for assigned Siebel modules.
• Mentor and guide 2-3 team members to achieve project goals.
• Architecture & Integration:
  
• Ensure proper integration and implementation of all technical architecture components.
• Oversee Siebel Workspace Management and Parallel Development processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  
• Conduct workshops with business users/stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Define As-Is and To-Be processes and prepare functional specification documents.
• Project Management:
  
• Manage incidents and resolutions effectively, ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare unit test plans, test cases, and provide UAT support.
• Conduct end-user training for assigned modules.
• Best Practices & Reuse:
  
• Promote technical best practices and ensure the reuse of technical assets.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Siebel Configuration, Scripting, and Workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration).
• Hands-on experience with Siebel Open UI, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Customization expertise in Siebel IP19/IP20 or higher versions.
• Extensive experience in Siebel Workspace Management and Parallel Development.

Project Experience:

• Proven track record in at least 2 end-to-end Siebel project implementations.

Additional Skills:

• Excellent documentation skills for functional specifications, test plans, and test cases.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with business users/stakeholders and deliver training sessions.
