What We are Looking For:

📍 Strong experience in test automation frameworks, Azure DevOps, Jenkins CI/CD, pipelines, and cloud-based execution platforms.
📍Proficiency in Java, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Maven.
📍Expertise in building scalable and reusable testing frameworks.
📍Ability to manage automation testing resources (recruit, train, allocate, and monitor).
📍Developing strategies to introduce new automation technologies to improve efficiency and productivity in projects.
📍Collaborating with project managers and development managers to ensure the highest quality of software.
📍Experience in creating and implementing automation test plans and strategies.
📍Conducting feasibility studies on automation technologies and identifying areas for improvement.
📍Developing training programs for automation team members.
📍Creating detailed work plans, tracking progress, and delivering high-quality client outputs.
📍Proven experience in team management, test tool development, and configuration management.
📍Expertise in Azure DevOps, Jenkins CI/CD, pipelines, and cloud-based execution platforms.
