- At least 15 years of technical expertise and industry knowledge with Engineering degree .
- Experience managing multiple project implementations and project teams.
- Contribute to the development of strategies .
- Analyze client requirements and provide design solutions.

- Uses clear communication skills to influence others, including senior leadership.

- Adapts and executes functional or departmental business plans.
- Provides leadership to managers and senior professional staff.
- Manages multiple related teams, sets priorities, and allocates resources.
- Proactively manages resources to meet department goals.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Ensure Team adherence to SOPs - Change Management, Coding Standards, and Knowledge Management.

Work Environment is good and immediate reporting manager is a good human being ( may differ from manager to manager). Flexible with work hours and leave policy is very employee friendly.
The learning and growth opportunities are minimal. There is no defined promotion cycle. Increments are non existent. It is very difficult to align one's professional goals with the organisation's goals as there is a lack of stability in the organization.
