Getting direct Clients through the Channel Sales & Project Sales like meeting with Dealers, Distributors, Architects, Builders and Contractors for generating leads.

Product is AAC Blocks.

Develop the Navi Mumbai Market

Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goal.

Building and managing a high-performing team.

Must have experience in AAC Block Sales

Monitor Sales Plan, Calls, Leads, Orders, Third Party orders & Payments

Conduct promotional meets for brand awareness.

Achieving the assigned personal sales target as well as team targets, with the help of team members.

Good Leadership and networking skills.
