The Role

We re looking for a talented UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of designing features or components of product initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You ll bring creativity, empathy, and strategic thinking to create engaging user experiences while ensuring seamless handoff to engineering teams. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Own major features or entire products, leading their design
• Lead comprehensive user research and drive decisions based on insights
• Contribute to product strategy and influence the roadmap

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Operate in cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
• Lead small teams and mentor other UX Designers

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong proficiency in design and product operation tools (incl. Figma, Jira, Productboard), with a deep understanding of technical constraints

What you will bring

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX design, creating user-focused solutions for digital products.

• Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, user-centric design methodologies, and prototyping tools.

• Empathy: A user-first mindset and the ability to translate insights into impactful designs.

• Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.

• Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker with a knack for finding creative solutions to complex problems.

• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to design execution, from ideation to final implementation.
