Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Concepts Hygiene Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations, ensuring effective workers coordination, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Workers Coordination:
- Facilitate communication between management and employees.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor employee attendance and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Generate reports on attendance metrics and trends for management review.
- Oversee the leave application process and maintain records of employee leave balances.
- Ensure adherence to leave policies and assist employees with leave-related inquiries.
- Work effectively within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to collective goals.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven2 to 3 years off experience in HR or related roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
