About the role: This role involves combining technical knowledge with sales skills to promote products and services related to 3DEXPERIENCE & SOLIDWORKS solution for startups. This role involves understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of 3DEXPERIENCE Solutions to startups and will work closely with our sales team, training team and support teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. In this role you will have to provide training, monitor the implementation status of the startup program and provide periodic feedback to the internal team and explore possibilities of program expansion and continuity.
Role & responsibilities:
1. Engage with Startup customers, to understand their product development & Business to position 3DEXPERIENCE Solution effectively.
2. Acting as a single point of contact for all Startup customers and effectively position PLM & Simulation solutions to startups customer.
3. Proactively visit the startup customers and support them to address their challenges with 3DEXPERIENCE Solutions.
4. Continuously learn on emerging technologies and industry trends to stay up to date with the latest developments and industry trends in startups.
5. Attend conferences, lectures, seminars, and workshops to improve skills and knowledge related to startups.
4. Provide presentations to startups & incubation centers and explain technical benefits of implementing 3DEXPERIENCE Solutions
5. Ensuring smooth progress in Conducting Discovery meetings, providing technical training and post sales support to startups customers
6. Maintain strong professional relationships with existing clients and expand startup solutions as and when they are required.
7. Support sales team to update orders and sales, negotiate contract terms, and ensure smooth order processing.
Preferred candidate profile:
1. Education: Bachelors degree Mechanical / Mechatronics
2. Technical Experience: Prior experience in Design using SOLIDWORKS tool and Sound knowledge in Simulation in any product development domain along with knowledge in sales process
